Oxford Half

On 13th October i completed Oxford Half marathon. I did this in conjuction and two weeks after my Chiltren 50km race, all just 11 months after my 5th open heart surgery and to raise money for Oxford Hospital Heart Centre, raising £1,900 at the point of the race.

They have looked after me for 5 open heart surgries and many interventions throughout my life, I would not be here without the nurses, doctors, volunteers and the heart centre as a whole, they have genuinly saved my life more than once. I do these challenges to push myself, not knowing if i can complete them but knowing i will not give up, i will give it my all in aid for the hardwork and support everyone has given me throughout my life, to raise money so they can continue their amazing work and to prove to anyone that goes through life…
